marketing services, including but not limited to social media marketing, website
development, and Other Digital Marketing Services (collectively referred to as “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Markefy’s Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed
to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of
our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Provided

Markefy offers the following Services:

• Social Media Marketing (Content creation, management, advertising)
• Website Development (Design, development, maintenance)
• Other Digital Marketing (Branding, digital assets, promotional materials)

All Services are subject to availability, and Markefy reserves the right to refuse service to any
client at its discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service execution.
• Obtain necessary permissions for any third-party content (logos, images, trademarks).
• Make timely payments as per the agreed pricing and payment terms.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (upfront, milestones, or post-
  delivery).

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available upon request. No refunds will be
  issued for completed work.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All original content, designs, and code created by Markefy remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
  the deliverables for their business.
• Markefy retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise
  agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Markefy agrees to keep all client information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Clients must also respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Markefy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Markefy shall not be liable for:Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Delays or failures due to third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, social media
  platforms).
• Client-provided content that violates copyright or other laws.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• The client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.
• Markefy will deliver any completed work, subject to payment clearance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai,United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall
first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding
arbitration in Dubai Court.
